Lilies and Dreams Lifestyle & Coaching also believe in community action and offers purpose-driven classes and seminars for teen girls in schools, churches, and community organizations. These programs focus on personal development, confidence building, etiquette, and life skills, thus helping young girls grow into empowered young women.

Evelyn Suzanne Byrd is an education transformational coach dedicated to supporting women over 50 who are ready to transition and redefine life in retirement with clarity, confidence, and renewed purpose.

With over two decades in education and leadership, Evelyn brings a powerful blend of spiritual wisdom and practical strategy to her coaching practice. She helps women shift from career identity to a calling identity, while supporting them as they navigate retirement, second careers, and purpose-driven living.

Evelyn’s academic foundation in Public Relations and Marketing, Curriculum and Assessment, and Educational Leadership allows her to uniquely serve women through mindset transformation, life redesign, and faith-based personal development. After experiencing her own season of reinvention, Evelyn committed her life’s work to helping women recognize that their best years are not behind them. Through Christ-centered guidance and educational transformation, she equips women to walk boldly into their God-ordained next chapter.

She believes every woman carries wisdom, resilience, and a divine purpose. Undoubtedly, she believes that it is God’s will for every woman to have what she calls a “Sarah Experience” and that it is never too late to answer God’s call. Sarah received physical, emotional, and spiritual renewal that allowed her to conceive beyond natural limits.

For today’s women over 50, This experience represents renewed energy, vision, creativity, and confidence to step into second careers, ministry, entrepreneurship, or purpose-driven living. ​This is where women stop operating in exhaustion and start walking in God-given strength for their next assignment.
